All central functions of the CardSystem can be connected via standardized, scalable APIs or embedded in external systems. Data sovereignty always remains with the customer: partners, apps, PMS systems, shops, or other solutions can be connected directly and securely.
Specialized API services are available for all relevant workflows:
CheckAPI
for access, authorization checks, and usage recording; around 50 ticketing, access, and POS systems are already integrated.
Customer API
for providing all customer data, identifications, permissions, and digital guest cards (including QR/third-party codes, status, usage history).
Sales API
Purchase of tickets and dynamic booking of services or packages – ideal for integration into existing shops.
CRMAPI
Combines customer data, consents, and transaction histories—ideal for marketing processes, segmentation, and personalized communication.
Registration API
for the automated generation, updating, and blocking of cards as part of electronic guest registration, as well as for the integration of external PMS and registration systems.
