Mobility Integration links the CardSystem directly to public transport. VDV standards and proprietary solutions from regional transport associations are integrated via the public transport connector. Mobility rights and tickets are automatically added to the card and updated in real time.
The connector works as a "black box" and is controlled via internal web services. It takes into account all card triggers (creation, activation, printing, blocking, deletion) and ensures that e-tickets, third-party codes, and other security features are automatically retrieved, assigned, and kept up to date. If the card status changes, the linked mobility authorizations are updated in real time in the source system.
Guests can conveniently use buses, trains, or cable cars with their guest card, City Pass, or mobility ticket. Destinations can thus create sustainable mobility offers, control traffic flows, and reduce the effort required for separate ticket infrastructures.
