Card & Experience Sales combines the sale of guest cards, additional services, activities, and tickets—both online and via physical points of sale.
Card & Experience Sales forms the platform's central sales system and supports both digital sales channels (web shop, PWA/app, API integration) and stationary point-of-sale processes in tourist information centers, host establishments, and other points of sale.
The SalesAPI also allows existing shop solutions to be seamlessly connected to the CardSystem – for the sale, booking, and management of services directly from existing e-commerce or ticket systems. Guest cards, additional services, activities, courses, tickets, or rental services can thus be sold, issued, or booked across all channels – uniformly, efficiently, and without media discontinuity.
Pricing and product logic, availability queries, cancellation conditions, and sales rules are controlled centrally and applied consistently across all sales channels. The sales interface also enables fast and intuitive issuance and management of cards on site, including renewals, adjustments, or manual service bookings.
The integrated channel manager also connects card and ticket sales to leading experience and booking portals such as GetYourGuide, Viator, Tiqets, and similar international platforms. This merges digital and analog sales processes into a seamless sales ecosystem that significantly increases the destination's reach, visibility, and sales potential—from initial contact to physical card issuance.
